This project included a blend of software UX research and robotics research.

Outcome

  • 20+ issues that were raised during usability evaluations were improved for the Alpha version

What I Did

  • Mentored a UX research intern and oversaw 5 usability testing engagements

  • Led UX research engagements with multiple external partners to validate the Alpha version of the project

  • Conducted expert reviews on 3 different design interations

Core Team: 1 UX researcher, 1 UX research intern, 1 UX designer, 1 UX design intern, 1 product manager, 5 software engineers

Context
